Frequently Asked Questions

·         What does it cost to attend: This event is FREE to attend. There is also no charge for parking. We do encourage attendees to purchase food and drink from our vendors, as many of these organizations put the money right back into the community. Please also note that there is a fee to use the huge, interactive toys.

·         Can I bring my own food? Yes, you can, but once again we encourage everyone to visit the vendors that are set up at the event. There is lots of great food and drink, all of it reasonably priced.

·         Can I bring my own alcohol? No, however you may purchase alcohol from the “beer and wine garden”

·         Can I bring my own chair? Yes, however we do encourage low back chairs.

·         Where exactly is the event held? The event is held at Regional Park in north Auburn. In between the tennis courts and the gymnasium is a natural amphitheater that provides a perfect setting for this unique event. Visit our MAPs link

·         What is there to do at Party in the Park? A lot of that depends on you, but the perhaps the most popular attraction is the chance to mix, mingle and socialize with the wonderful people of our community in an exiting, party atmosphere. More specifically, you will get a chance to hear a world class band, eat delicious food, drink wonderful spirits, possibly see demonstrations from various craftsmen and artisans and know that it was all FREE to attend.

·         Who does this event benefit? There is no one specific group that gains the most from Party in the Park, however the community as a whole receives the biggest benefit. Service organizations like the Rotary and Exchange Clubs use the event as a fund raiser for their various charities, and instructors from ARD use the event to demonstrate what they offer.

·         What time does everything get started? The warm up band starts around 5:30pm and the headlining band hits the stage around 7:00.
